Authentic Spanish Paella

Authentic Spanish Paella

Loaded with incredible seafood, savory rice, and luscious Spanish flavors, plus the added bonus taste of Old Pueblo Poblano Green Jalapeno Sauce, makes this dish so easy to make.


3 cloves garlic

1/2 onion

1/2 red bell pepper

1 tube of squid cleaned

12 raw jumbo shrimp peeled & deveined

8 fresh mussels cleaned

2 tablespoons Old Pueblo Poblano Green Jalapeno Sauce

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup tomato sauce

1/2 tsp sweet smoked Spanish paprika

2 1/2 cups fish broth

1/4 tsp saffron threads or powder (you can substitute with Mexican saffron)

1 cup uncooked round rice

2 lemon wedges

A handful finely chopped parsley

Sea salt & Black pepper
